Question US Cutter with Windows 10

I'm trying to connect my US Cutter Vinyl Cutter to My Dell Inspiron 3520 with Win 10, I'm trying to hook up my Us Cutter Vinyl Plotter to this computer, when I go to install it, the plotter doesn't show up like a Printer like on my desktop Win XP, it shows up under other devices as FT232R USB UART device, and can't seem locate it. in Device manage it just shows up as USB Serial Port 6. Is this an issue with my serial port drivers or the plotter driver?

Do you have the software it comes with? I recently hooked up my US Cutter to a Windows 10 computer using the software interface and it worked fine.

No I don’t I only have a downloaded driver and I cut with Corel Draw. Like I say it works fine on my desktop with win xp
