US Tariffs, Sigh!

That's a whole lot of explanation for a criminal. You claimed in your prior post that it looked clear that he was ms13. then in your response to me, you claim the evidence is flimsy.

this is the reason I get frustrated on here. I explained what I know to be true from what i've seen and read. You go look and seem to agree with me. Then you turn around and question it. You don't trust the government. but you trusted the last government?

Can you make up your mind?

There used to be a sign in the halls at school that said, "people who don't stand for anything, fall for everything".

You're a fence rider man, pick a side, man. you're flip flopping like a fish.

I do think it's clear he's ms13. But I'm a guy reading news articles, I don't see all the evidence.

In the USA... You have the right to face your accuser. I think he's ms13... But what if he has evidence, or a good argument that he's not?

That's what I'm saying. NO one man, whether it's the president, or realistically whoever at DOJ decided to report him, or me can declare him guilty of something just by reading some papers we managed to find on the internet.

I don't trust any government - which is why I agree with checks and balances. Do I think Trump's out to deport a bunch of people who have no right in being deported? No, but I think every single person is fallable and can make mistakes.

The flimsy evidence is because from what I've read, and the evidence I've seen... I don't think a court would find him guilty. But I do personally think he is.... I wouldn't send him to jail without hearing his side of the story though, but while I believe he's guilty.... Do I believe he's guilty without beyond a reasonable doubt? Not without seeing ALL the evidence to get rid of all the doubt.

I'm not flip flopping... Just being reasonable, it's not like the guys being sent on a vacation.m.. he's being sent to one of the worst prisons in the world, where there's a pretty good chance he gets tortured and treated inhumane... Am I bad for not wanting to crucify him because of some news articles and police reports I've read... Without at least hearing his side of the story?

And I guarantee you I've spent more time researching this guy than whoever signed his deportation order....and that's the scary part.
