So we've been having issues with ink chipping on our second surface prints. We print with an EPSON SC v7000 and then often cut through the ink with a laser cutter. Currently we use AP 3155 Primer for our acrylics and we're looking to try out Natron M74F. I just wanted to see if anyone had any experience with the primer or had any advice on its use? Or if there are any other primers that could be recommended.

Salon Iris Glass primer works perfectly well on both cast acrylic and glass —no nasty smell is also a plus. I wouldn't waste money on digital acrylic

Depending on what is being printed, some primers can be seen on clear areas of acrylic. Applying primer well can be a time intensive process and take a lot of time. Most of these products that I am aware of have VOCs that off-gas. Nobody needs to be breathing that. Build the added cost of digitally optimized acrylic into the price for the project.

This is very true. We've pretty much figured out a system for applying primer well, but the vapors are not the best. We're trying to get a cost analysis done to figure out what would be best. Honestly the samples we did with the digital acrylic honestly worked really well.
