Value Jet 64" Banding Issues

Recently I've been getting banding in all my prints. I was looking at all the prints I ran yesterday, and everything has horrible banding.

I follow the maintenance instructions.

Anyone have any ideas on how to handle this

Where do you have the print head hight set, up or down? Have you tried changing it?

Keep the head on the high position, clean around the heads thoroughly and run 2 cleanings. Then try again.

Weird one as I used a jv3 before we got our VJ1604 and banding is no longer an issue.
Strangley so is blocked heads.

Great Machine.
It is just like a rather large desktop printer.
Put Stuff in it and it prints it.....LOL

I like my 1604, but it is my first, had a few issue here and there but a good machine.
PF is important, check it, set it.
There is a new firmware release out 1.12.
