Valuejet 1204 Error 075 Head Cable

Hello from Greece, my name is George and i have a valuejet 1204.I live in Syros island and the technical tepartment is a lot sea miles away from me.
I print a small poster Friday night, when Saturday turn on my printer its saw the me message Initializing , and stay there with no other furthe moves. When you try to press the menu u cant see it all, but when u select any of them ex cleaning, it came back an say initializing and stay there as long as its power on with no further moves again.
When u press the left button from the cross its apper that Error 075 Head Cable.
Have anybody see this ot know anything.
Also please if somebody have the service manual could send it to nousiasdesign@gmai.com

As normal, clear head cable connector can solve Error 075.

Hard to tell what is wrong but it may be as simple as opening up the machine and clean & re-seat the data cables between the main board - print head and keypad.

One quick thing you could try would be to unplug the printer - press the power button a few times to discharge everything - wait 10 or 15 minutes then plug it back in and press the power button again.
It should reset the printer.
