Valuejet 1204

I think is one of the best printing machines BUT is the worster in cleaning the heads.
Wat steps u use to clean it? cause there isn;t open cover inleft side, so i disconnect all the right side to see the heads etc etc.
Is there somethink easier to keep it in good shape??

I typically do the normal CR-Maintenance cleaning 1-2x per week. Then once a month I take off the side cover and do a thorough cleaning around the capping station, wiper assembly, and run some cleaner down the drain tubes while doing a head wash to prevent my drain lines from building up with dried ink.

Yes the 1204 and 1304 aren't the easiest machines to clean, but they sure do print nice.
