Hi,
We recently changed computer set-ups, and I have been working on getting everything back up and running. I am running the X10 Onyx RIP software, and when I go to print a file, it gives an error message saying it cannot print. I contacted Onyx and they said it was between the computer and the printer, which is set up via network cable. I set-up the printer profile in the RIP center with the appropriate IP address from the printer, so I'm not sure what is going on. Im rather over my head here, so any advice will be much appreciated.
