ValueJet 64" Profile Isses

We use the standard LG LD3910G Profile from LG to print on that media. Was fine a few weeks ago. Then one day the colors were printing very light. I removed the profile, reloaded it, and things were back to normal.

This morning running a reprint of yesterday I'm getting the same light color thing from a few weeks ago. I reloaded the profile, and I'm still getting the problem.

Are you printing color bars along side the print ? Maybe you have a ink starvation problem ? Never heard of a profile doing that but there always is a first time. Could also be something corrupt in the file.
