Variable Data Printing with Versaworks Question / Help

I have question regarding the font style and type sizing box in Versaworks. Is it possible to size all of my variable type at once?

This is my first time using the VDP function & not sure if it's possible. As of now I'm having to set each number's pt size and style individually and wondering how to select all the numbers at once?

Any help would be appreciated. TIA
