We are currently using a blank form and relying on the person whomever is inspecting the vehicle / trailer to remember the lists of things to check
They are taking LOTS of photos of whatever they see/find during the inspections

Curious what check lists are y'all using?
Are you putting a diagram on the form for ease of use?

I make industry related items but the best way is to make your own list.
