I am looking for some assistance from you i1pro experts.
I am trying to get my i1pro2 to connect to Versaworks. I have it connected via USB, with no issues. However, when I try to measure or calibrate I am greeted with “Error Code = 0” and nothing else happens. I have not been able to find squat about ”error code 0” Im pretty confident its not a connection issue, as I have tried many different cords, and 2 different computers. Setting the device as i1pro always results in ”error code 0” but switching to any other device always results in “error code 2, device not found” which is to be expected.
Now I can run the i1Diagnostics and result in a PASS, but this i1Pro is not licensed for Reflectance, and I half wonder if that isn't what is causing the issue.
I can use this i1Pro fine with ArgyllCMS or displayCal, I had even used it with Flexi when I had an HP Latex, but those softwares all operate the i1pro natively.
I have reached out to Roland for support, but both facebook and other forums have been of no help.
I plan on using ArgyllCMS to do the actual ICC creation, but at least need to be able to calibrate/linearize within Versaworks.
Does my i1 need to be reflectance licensed for it to work with Versaworks?
