We use a company called Creative Banner. They offer various models in various price ranges.

Grimco has a range of them. I think they all come from China, for the most part, from everyone.

Yeah they are all made in china, except the "banner bug" but they are very expensive. most of them will work fine, avoid the $20 units as they tend to break very easily, but if you spend $70-100 on the stand, they are all pretty close in quality. At the end of the day it's a $5 roller blind mechanism inside a $5 aluminum extrusion, not a lot can go wrong.

I second Creative Banner, their Tri-X are great. Just have to play with the size of the actual banner a bit on a few of the sizes as the tension was wrong, but hundreds sold by us with zero issues so far.
