VG640 stops printing

My Roland VG640 just stops printing in the middle of a print with it saying "NOW PROCESSING" and busy blue light blinking. Versaworks has a red prompt in the status bar. I wait and does nothing. This has happened on several jobs now. There is ink in the pouches although Lt cyan is low there is still plenty of ink and Ive rebooted with same results.
Any help?

UPDATE: I believe the problem lies in Versaworks v6.18 I forgot I had a RIP program in Flexi and printed perfectly. Im now downloading the updates for Versaworks as it prompted me to do so although it is taking forever? (3,170mb)
