Vinyl cutter help

I was "gifted" a vinyl cutter. Came with Art Cut 2009 Software. The guy that gave it to me knew nothing about it. He had it for years and never used it. It's all white head to toe. 53"
Anyone know what brand it may be? Software has hundreds of choices. Tried a few Roland and it says a file is missing when I go to "test". Tried hpgl and nothing happened.
Don't mind getting better software, but wanted to see if it worked first. Any help would be great!

Nice! Pretty close. Same looking stand. Control panel a little different. Will try the settings and let you know! Thank you very much!!
