VJ 1304 no display

Hello my big problem is my vj 1304 wont turn on and on the mainboard a red led is lighting by ld1 and on the heater control board green led on ld1 red on ld2. What is ld1?? No display no maintance mode nothing sometimes the data light is orange and the power green but still no display???
Any help, or just point me to the right direction please no to tech becouse he mentioned to replace the mainboard but if i remove the memory the hole thing starts blinking.

got it back to live

It was enaf to run thru the encoder strip and clean it. If you get the same problem try it.
