hi folks. i have had my printer of for a while . and when booting up it wanted to do a clean . and not a small clean but a clean with cleaning cartridges.
fine so long . loaded cleaning cartridges and was under way . but when installing ink cartridges again i got error not original

tried another setup of cartridges but got the same error.

is there any way to get rid of this problem ? like disable chip ?

it can read the cleaning cartridges but not the ink cartridges so i guess its not broken

It is possible somethigng happened with flash memory of printer and parameters was resetted to default.
And maybe serial number was erased in memory. It can be reason what printer not accept smartcards.
First of all you have to check if serial number is correct in diagnostic menu. And maybe reset InkCharge flag.
