DIY Printer Fixing Guide
Since you changed everything, the best way to refill the machine is to run a couple little charges from the cleaning menu. This will tell you if you did everything right because if the ink doesn't move or maybe all of the colors move except for one, you don't have to guess at what's wrong. So say you do the little charge and only the cyan doesn't come through. You know that the damper or the connection between the damper and ink line is probably letting air in. Then you can just hook a syringe up to the cyan after you fix it and pull ink through manually.

When installing the dampers I would take a syringe and pull the ink through to half fill each damper.
Then a small charge and then use the cleaning function to pull the ink through.
I would be installing a complete new maintenance station, as if the machine has been inactive for a while the ink lines will have blocked and it is good practice.
Also remember to reset all the lifetimes (I keep forgetting!!) so it does not flash up these items as needing replaced.
