VJ-1638 - Black lumps and banding

Hi,
I have a VJ-1638 that is about 2 years old now. I´m having two issues and the first being that when I print a lot of red I get these black lumps of ink all over the print, sometimes more and sometimes less.
Dunno why this is but maybe some of you know!? See attached picture.

The second is alot of banding on higher speeds, 15m2/h and up, and mainly on black and cyan. I've noticed that I have some missdirected nozzles. I´ve heard that you can do a head soak by filling the cleaning caps with solvent and park the CR on them but I don´t know how to park the CR without the pumps sucking up all the solvent. Would appreciate if someone could tell me how because I would really like to try this instead of buying 2 new heads.

Regards,
Jonas
