vj1204 banding after 3-4' of print

My vj1204 seems to print fine for about 3-4 feet, then seems to start banding, if i run a clean ill get another 3-4 feet again. Running refillable carts (have been for 2 years)

Any suggestions? I had issues with clogged maintenance station lines, all resolved now, but not crossing that off my list to replace, its over 2 years old now.
