VJ1304 error code

I'm getting error code 082 on my VJ1304.

I've read that it's a sensor error.

Which one and where is it located?

I've totally cleaned the capping station area.

Any workaround? It has to happen during my busiest time of the year...

Thanks

Wiper sensor installed on pump. You can see location on pictures.
You need to check cable connection. And clean the sensor.

I have never seen one of these sensors go bad....not saying it couldn't. However, in my experience (run 5 Mutohs daily) the problem is usually the wiper will not return to its normal position due to the gears on the maintenance station being stripped out and/or cluttered with dried ink. Also, the torsion spring that helps the wiper arm extend could be broken which would cause the sensor to trip as well.

Yes, but only one sensor installed on maintenance station. And he looks to window in disk what mounted on pump shaft.
Printer can't check if wiper renurned to home position or not.
It is optical sensor with thin holes in cover. Ink durs can clogged this holes very easy.
