vj1304 how to remove platen

hi
anyone know how to remove the platen on a vj1304?..dropped a roller axle down between the grip roller and back edge of platen.
can access the front platen allen bolts after removing the front heater cover, but not the rears?..
am probably going to leave it in there..hopefully doesn't short any heater wires??...new tiny axle rod was $127 cnd from mutoh !!!!
