Vp 300 automatic clean cycle

Hi there guys. I am trying to turn my automatic clean cycle of.Tried it on the sub menu but it still clean every 30 cm.Can someone please suggest something.

Hi,

Are u using a bulk system or 3rd party inks? You will need to put a Roland OME smart chip on one of those cartridges. This way the printer will recognize the ink and won't perform cleaning procedure so often. This cleaning cycles are the result of a self-protection mode when the printer does not recognize the ink cartridges.
