VP540 getting cranky.

So I have a TF640 sitting here in the box- just built the undercarriage and my old faithful VP is giving me a rash... jealousy maybe? Anyway it prints the
first reg marks fine and then the complete graphic and then starts the end reg marks and I get a scan motor error. Just changed the scan motor last week
because it was acting out sporatically and just today cleaned the linear encoder and it does the same thing again. I 'think' I have a spare LE- spose that is
the next step. It makes the first pass to the little angles before the reg marks and stops on the far side of the scan... I don't really believe it is the LE. Gene

This could be wire tension, left side wire pulley bearing, linear rail bearing, motor, encoder, encoder sensor, servo board
