VS-540i Feed Motor Error 00CC 0004 Turn Power OFF

Today I just replaced the junction board and grit encoder sensor because I noticed there was a broken connector on my junction board and the grit encoder sensor someone said to replace too. So far I also have replaced the feed motor, power board and servo board but still nothing worked and my VS-540i won't stop saying Feed Motor Error 00CC 0004 Turn Power OFF. I'm completely stumped on what to try next. Is there any other thing I should try?

You may have already done this, but did you make sure the feed rollers turn fine without the motor connected? A long time ago, I ended up having a feed motor issue, can't remember if it was this code, but turned out that the feed roller / grit rollers had built up a bunch of adhesive residue and made it so it couldn't turn properly and ended up burning out the motor, once we cleaned it and replaced, it was all good. Might be something to look at if you haven't already.
