Need Help VS640i - Print status goes to 100% without printing

I am having a major issue with my VS640i - When we try and print the green status bar rapidly goes to 100% and then the job dissapears back to the queue. The printer does print, but we have no control over it. The issue has presented itself both in Versa and Onyx Postershop. Has anyone experienced this - can you help please?

What do you mean that it prints but that you have no control?

Do you mean that it prints like normal sometimes, but that sometimes it will just do that and not print?
