VUTEk QS2000 question?

Tech just left here after installing our efi VUTEk QS2000... everything is printing fine with think materials, but at about 1/4" things get streaky, anyone know why or how to fix? Our tech is at another location and I am trying to do thin in a hurry in case he doesnt call back to me today. Thanks
