Waterproof notice board?

I'm quoting a job looking for an exterior notice board with locking cover.

It could have a chalkboard, dry erase board, or cork board inside.
They want to be able to change it themselves, but don't want the letter track system.

I could be lit or they can shine a light on it. (not backlit)

Something in the 24" x 36" size with one door with a hinged cover and lock.
An aluminum box would be better than plastic.

I have searched, but not finding exactly what I'm looking for.
Anyone know of a supplier?
