We have a Mutoh valuejet 1204, we need a tech support in south Texas (McAllen Area) we was replacement the headprint but now not printing. Also we replacement the pump system and check the fuzze f2 (good condition) and not work the printer!

the waste is empy.



We need help please.

did you say you replace new printhead and maintenance unit? when yo perform cleaning is there ink running in the tube waste? if there is none? you probably have air leak on the capping, make sure the head is seating tightly and firm to the captop
