Weird Texture on Avery 1105 speed master at the end of prints.

When printing on our Epson R5070, we keep seeing this visual defect, that goes away (not completely, you can still see streaks) when we rub a microfiber cloth over it. between wiping before laminating, and post lamination, the defect is far less visible. This only happened at the end of two prints we've done (both being longer than 15ft)

I'm going to guess you are talking about the waxy type coating on the prints? That is ink not drying/curing properly/fully
