What Are These Numbers?

I took the cover off of my Falcon Outdoor 62, and this is what I found.

Hand written looks like it is signifying Right and Left. But what do they stand for.

I have decided I need a new head so I am also going to replace the cable which is why I took the cover off in the first place.

This was the outcome after I cleaned the head.

Yup, that would be the Headranks... If you have ever replaced the heads they may now be incorrect...
