What is this font - I need an exact match

Anyone know what this is? I'm searching now, but I'm hoping someone can tell me what it is. Close enough won't be good enough, needs to be an exact match.
Why can't people just keep track of these details if they are so hypercritical? sigh
Anyway, attached is my cleaned up version for searching, as well as a scan of the whole sign that I need to reproduce. It seems my "cleaned up" version isn't very helpful for the online font searches.
