What material for floor graphics?

With forklift traffic?

Customer is complaining because last decals he bought online are coming up...

Looking through the cowboy catalog nothing seems to be that durable

We do a IJ35-10 because it wraps into the cracks of the cement well. Then we do a thin coat of clear resin to cover the whole image and about a quarter to half inch all the way around.

Although anything you put on the ground and then run big metal forks over is not going to last long. But with the resin it just scratches or smears instead of peeling.

Floor graphics will not work where wheels spin on them without a (non-slip) coating over them. Think of taking the "eraser wheel" to the graphics; things that turn/spin peel them up, especially if the tires are warm.

The way I've seen many forklift drivers drive; I would not doubt that burn-outs are being done either...

If you're looking at materials still; even thought I do not like the regular MacTac vinyl, their brick-wall/floor graphics have worked great for me.

We did this at a lift center. We made a stencil and had the floor epoxy company build it into the floor coating. Been years and no call backs. The other thing would be to use acid etch and color. Kinda like a concrete tattoo.
Hope this helps.

Forklifts ruin floor enamel. To complain about a floor graphic not standing up to that would be like having your car painted and complaining that a key scratches it.
