So is their job title "Sea Creature Look Out" or "Oil Pipe Line Inspector"?
Prolly missed a big *** crack in the line while looking at this floating garbage bag and that thing we saw... was some deformed mutant jelly fish that soak up to much oil aka (underwater meth)
This is why people with ADD shouldn't have anything to do with safety inspections.

Kind of reminds me of of this time I was snorkelling in Mexico and a giant barracuda snuck up on me. It sounds funny when you scream into your snorkel.
