What to do with Vapor Collector from HP 560 Printer

The vapor collector for my HP 560 is getting full. Can I pour this down the drain or is this something I need to send to HP for recycling?

I would put it in a container and drop off to your local recycling.

So, I sure wouldn't do anything unsavory with that goop, but I can say it will kill the sh*t out of weeds along the edge of the pavement...

That is odd I have been running my 560 for 5+ years and have next to nothing in it.
