Where to get Plastic Bags Printed??

I need to get like 10,000-20,000 Plastic bags printed for a cricket store customer of mine...I am thinking around 9"x13" bag THICK white bag with two colors printed.

Where can I get this done?! Any ideas??

Yes, I believe ULine does custom printing. Don't have experience with their printing, but they are well known for their other products.
