where to get valuejet printer training

ok...i've had my valuejet printers for a couple years now and ready to hire a print operator.

there are some things I don't know about the printer that I would like to know. For example, the different effects wave, super fine, fuzz, all that...what those actually do, when you would use which, and how that actually effects the print.

I'm also looking for some training on flexi that will actually tell me what the dither type is and what it means, what it means for the gradient smoothness to be superfine, fine, etc. and what that means....

I'd just like to have a deeper understanding of what the machine and program will do.....

any suggestions..?
