Where to purchase weighted stands

What I am looking for is a small weighted stand/frame for some small (12"x16") parking style signs. The weighted stands I am finding from my usual suppliers are either way overkill or intended for indoor use only. I would even make my own frame/post if I could find an ideal base for it. Any help would be appreciated.

5 gallon bucket, paint it black and put cement in it so if it get tipped over the content will not fall out

A local supplier (Reece Sign Supply) sells stuff from Sign Comp. They have power coated sign post and panel systems. Never used it, but they are probably what you're looking for.
