which engineering book? Sign Structures

I was looking on amazon, about to purchase the Engineering Sign Structures by Ben Jones, and I noticed there is another book, Sign Structures and Foundations: A Guide for Designers and Estimators, by Peter Horsley.

Anyone have both books, and do they have one that they could recommend over the other.
