Is your printing ink designated safe for hospitals, children and food areas?

Sticking vinyl to some plastics may require special vinyls.

I'd say any of the vehicle wrap vinyl/laminate would work. Then again I've never used it for what you want to do.

Ideal way to do it would be with adhesive polypro shelf talker strips off a laser printer. If you do decide to use your equipment I would still use and adhesive polypropylene instead of vinyl. The poly is more durable and wont shrink like vinyl. I happen to carry and adhesive polypro for your machine if your interested.
