White is not printing-HELP

We have a Roland VS640 and first time printing white. Rip software is Versa works. When we go to Media Profile in versa works and click white as the option to view- It does not show up. It shows on the screen that white is not existant. On this for days- The tech said we don't need to set anything up special and should just print. Please help before I jump! Job is due and been on this problem for days!!!
