White printing on roland LEF (white text printed on acryl is with points around the letters)

Hello

I have a roland LEF 12 printer and I tried to print on acrylic with white color, but when I print the text is not clear, dots are also printed around the letters.
is there anyone who had such a problem, it would be very helpful if anyone has an idea what the problem might be.

this happens only with white color, if I print with other colors I don't have the same problem.
