white with purple flake

I have a customer who wants his evo white with a purple flake effect. My question is how do i go about achieving the purple flake effect, or do I get it painted for him then put the graphics on it?

if are going to wrap it, you can use photoshop and a splatter brush or make your own sort of flake brush. Not hard just takes some time.

Ok cool I'm new to the whole design thing always had one on hand. It went from I want matte white to this, but he's got deep pockets so I gotta make him smile.
