Who is a vendor for sign brackets like these?

Unable to locate a vendor for a 4" tall silver sign holder like this? Found these in our inventory, but need a quantity. No one here seems to know where we got them.

In case it's not clear from the photo, a thin substrate will slide in. Typically used on office doors etc.

Any help greatly appreciated.
