Why no 1624 manuals on Mutoh site?

Randy, Please send the link how to use the SPECTROVUE VM - 10. My dealer don't now how to use this, may be too new they are not training yet.

I also call in tech support and email to Brian or Ryan to request the video but not answer around 2 weeks.

They are not well organized to say the least.
Unusual for a Japanese company.
