Will not print colors

Outdoor Jr will not even try to print colors, the head doesn't even move. It just spits out a little material and that is it. Will print black. Had my helper print a big print and everything turned out good, then next print nothing. Has anyone had this to happen to them.

All three colors CMY come from one head on the Falcon JR. This sounds like a possible electrical problem, such as a fuse, rather than a plumbing issue.
