Will not print my white channels

Im very new and only had my printer for a week. I’ve spent the entire week trying to get it to print the white on top or last layer. No luck.
Open my file in PS> cmyk>300 dpi> remove background>select with wand and inverse>select modify and constrict> 2 pixels.
New spot channel W1>duplicate channel W2…W3…W4.
Save as TIFF. Tried every variation of saving. All looks good. Using Rip called Main Top. But only prints logo with no white on top??
It is a used printer/desktop so it came with a bunch of tiffs on the system. When I try print one of those existing files it prints with full white. When I open one of these tiffs in PS compares identical to mine.
Anybody have any insight where I’m going wrong?

Man who touches printers inappropriately.
MainTop RIP is a bit weird, have to make sure spot colors are set correctly. Check the TIFF properties and make sure your white layers are setup in the same manner.

What am I missing! I’m comparing the 2 files and I cannot spot any difference. W1-W4 are the last 4 spot channels. I have found several YouTube videos and it’s so straight forward. I’ll keep beating myself , thanks hopefully something obvious pops up here.

If you have only had your printer for a week the printer company should be open to providing support answers? What printer is it?
