Window Perf Alignment

Whats everyones process on lining up window perf on full wraps? We usually go right over them in cast, take those parts off then print the perf once we know exactly where the windows hit. Seems like alot of wasted material. Any other ideas?

How do you waste material like that? Thats how we do it. We wrap the car than we check what to print and print a little bit bigger piece for the window so usually we have like 1" max 2" bleed all around. Not much waste.

Yeah, thats how we do it to. I was just wondering because i'm about to wrap a giant sprinter van with massive windows.
