Window perf with lamination

Hows it going everyone, so i ran into this issue. Just wanted too see if anyone has ever had this issue. I laminated this window perf with a Anti-Graffiti laminate. After laminated everything was solid and smooth but today when i went to install this project, i noticed all these wrinkles. Could it air that got trapped between tye media and lam? Also when i did install the panels majority of the lines disappeared but some stayed on. Any advise ? Thanks

Did you roll it up with the graphic facing out? That looks like tunneling from being rolled the opposite way. Also possibly rolled too tight.

It's the anti graffiti laminate, I had the same thing happen, it's not a vinyl based product so it doesn't behave like vinyl. I ended up having to redo the job and store and transport the panels flat.

what laminate did you use? Was it a PET based film? If so, it would appear trying to pair a PVC with a PET and rolling the graphic image-in may have caused delamination.

Thanks everyone so I'm using Genrral Formulation 108 Tedlar . It's showing it's PVF film.

I did roll the graphic inwards. So backing was exposed outside. If i roll artwork outside. You think thank will help not create those tunnels?

I actually did have to lay all panels flate on the table yesterday and tried to squeegee all the air tunnels out. This morning I checked on the panels and seemed to help.

Yes, always roll all graphics with the decals facing out. It seems opposite but that's the correct way. And like SignBoi said, not too tight. I never roll any tighter than if it was on the roll.

I do believe if the window faces the sun that they will go away. I guess your only option now is to wait. Please let us know next week what happens!
