Wooden Font Identification Help

Hello,

I have a client that I need to reproduce multiple signs using the font below that I scanned from a street sign:

I have used the software Find My Font as well as sites What The Font, Identifont and What Font Is with no close results. The most sililar one to come up was one called 'Creaky Frank' but the "C"s and other characters really aren't close at all...

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

That looks like someone just drew it with a fat chisel tipped marker.
