Circleville Signs

Take this for what it's worth - but it DID lead to many less headaches for me. Back when I had employees (most I ever had at once was 5), they were paid a salary - not hourly. I give exactly ZERO F**ks how many hours someone works. At the beginning of the week they had their job assignments on the job board, and as new things came in, they were added. We always had 1 guy each day who was responsible to be there at all times for the "oh shit" type of situations, in addition to me.

My rule was simple - get your shit done. Then you can leave. I don't care if that's at 10am or 10pm. Some weeks, they worked 20 hours, some weeks 60. I never hired anyone I didn't trust with a key to the building.
